Order Processing
All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). Once your order is shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information. We strive to deliver your items quickly and efficiently.
Shipping Policy
- USA Shipping: Free standard shipping. Estimated delivery within 5–7 business days after shipment.
- Europe Shipping: Free standard shipping. Estimated delivery within 10–15 business days.
- International Shipping: Available. Rates and delivery times vary depending on destination. Customs duties and taxes are the responsibility of the customer.
Returns & Refunds
If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we accept returns within 14 days of delivery. Returned items must be unused and in original packaging. Please contact us before initiating a return. Customized or clearance items are non-refundable unless defective.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged or you receive the wrong item, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery. Include clear photos of the issue, and we’ll arrange a replacement or refund promptly.
Cancellations & Changes
Orders can be canceled or modified within 12 hours of placement. After that, we may have already begun processing your order. Please reach out as soon as possible if you need to make any changes.
